Oh! My apologies >_< I get what you mean now! The easiest thing is to draw on the cat ears or whiskers or whatever, but when you go to the next layer of the gif, just look back at the previous layer you just drew in and estimate which same part of the hair or face you drew on. Sorry it’s really hard to explain unless I make a video or you’re right next to me haha

There are quite a few gifs of Suzy already made by us here! Scroll down and you’ll see them. I’m not sure if the gifs are a perfect size of 400x400 but hopefully they’re similar to what you were looking for!

Don’t hesitate to message us again if you want another gif of her or any other idol, although it might take a while to get it done because the admins here are quite busy at the moment ^^

Hmm…you mean the ears and the whiskers aren’t moving at all right?

All you have to do is make a new layer on the very top, above all the other layers of the gif! You can either press Shift+Ctrl+N or click on the button as shown:

When you play it, it should stay in place. :)
